Children will learn beginner body positions through creative play. This will establish balance, coordination, strength, as well as a positive self image and a love for physical activity. In the class children will work on fine and gross motor skills with lots of parental hands-on assistance. The parents will also enjoy a 3F style workout while playing with their children. |
Working out doesn't mean you have to part with your baby. Body by Baby gives new mothers the chance to work off that extra baby weight, while still spending time with their baby. This class guides mothers and babies through exercises they can enjoy and benefit from together. These classes are designed to reduce stress, help in warding of depression (baby blues), improving daily strength and stamina. The majority of the exercises performed are a mix of yoga, Pilates, and simple calisthenics, done with a baby in a sling or a baby carrier. This is a great way to have fun with a new baby and get a workout. |
Sports Performance provides athletes with a cutting edge approach to strength and conditioning. This is an all around approach in developing an athletes proficiency in endurance, strength, power, agility, balance, and coordination. Workouts will call for athletes to work harder and fast to optimize their work out time. 3F will push its athletes to their limits to perform on levels they have never reached before. |
Fitness Plus is an all around fitness course that can be taken with family members, friends, or by an individual. This course is designed to improve your physical fitness at your own pace. 3F Fitness incorporates a wide varied of training methods to help improve member's daily strength, endurance, and flexibility. Some of the different training methods used during these classes are Yoga, Core Ball Exercises, Plyometrics, Calisthenics, and much more. |
This program will provide a solid foundation to a health life style, by helping you get into better shape. 3F Fitness strives to get the most of their clients in a safe, encouraging, and motivating environment. This is a month long program designed to offer new and challenging works out 3 times a week. Through a variety of different exercise we focus on increasing strength, endurance, and flexibility in daily life. Our workouts change daily and are structured around the same core principles. This continual change to our work out regiment keeps muscles and energy levels from hitting a plateau. Boot Camp provides the structure and regiment individuals need to meet their fitness goals. |
