This program is for dedicated grade school-aged wrestlers that are looking to take their wrestling to the next level. This program offers
students the ability to train on a seasonal or year around basis.

The Youth Program is designed to prepare wrestlers for a successful wrestling career present and future. Students will learn and practice
highly developed technique based off of solid fundamental wrestling skills. This program will also take students through high intense drilling
and competitive live wrestling, making each session a challenge. The goal of the program is to make each student mentally and physically
ready to compete at a high level.
- Fall Session
This session will be the groundwork for the start of a successful youth wrestling season. The preparation will include structured
drilling, building on fundamental skills with advance technique in a high intensity environment.

- Winter Session
This will be the youth in-season Folkstyle training session. Students can enroll full time during this session or use it a supplementary
training to go a long with their current club. The objective of this session is to prepare students for local, state, and national
tournaments. The sessions will focus on learning advance technique, trouble-shooting technique problems through drilling,
maintaining motivation, along with hard wrestling and conditioning.

- Spring Session
These training sessions are devoted to Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling. The sessions will focus on techniques and strategies
to prepare students for state and national competition.

- Summer Session
The goal behind this session is to give students a chance to out work their competition. This is the time of year that most wrestlers
take off. This will give students a chance to improve by learn new technique and gaining more mat experience. The training will
consist of light drills along with large amounts of live wrestling.
