How do I sign up for classes?
3F Fitness is open for sign ups during office hours from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm weekdays. Also current members can sign up for classes
online.

What do I need to wear and bring to class?
Work out clothing with no buttons or zippers and a WATER BOTTLE.

How long do classes last?
A typical cheerleading, group fitness, and core level wrestling classes normal last between 50 minutes to an hour. Competitive level
wrestling classes are an hour to two hours long.

What is your refund policy?
3F Fitness has a NO REFUND policy.

Can I watch my child while they participate in class?
Yes, we offer a small area were parents can sit and watch their children participates in class. We do how ever ask that parents refrain from
trying to instruct there children during class.

If my child misses class will the class be credit to another term?
No, tuition credits will not be issued for missed classes.

How do you prevent spreading illness among the children?
At 3F Fitness ALL the equipment/mats are cleaned with antibacterial disinfectant daily. We also provide hand sanitizer at the door and
have medical grade foam soap in the restroom.

Do I have to wait for the next class to start before joining?
No, we prorate all of our classes, so it is never to late to join a class.
What is the age range for the Competitive Youth Program?
This program is for kids in grades 4 - 8th. Younger children can be accepted into the program with staff approval.

What is the difference between attending 3F Wrestling and camps/clinics for additional wrestling experience?
Camps and clinics are useful tools in learn new technique, preparing for a tournament and being exposed to different wrestling styles. The
problem is the technique learned at camp is lost with out the ability to review the techniques on a regular basis. It is also difficult to get
individual attention and quality instruction at some camps and clinics. 3F Wrestling's comprehensive program is structured to build a solid
foundation of technique, along with limiting our class size to ensure everyone in the class receives the personal attention needed to be able
to perform on the highest levels.

Will my child keep his class spot if he doesn't attend regularly?
Students depend on each other to provide for a variety of work out partners. If a student does not attend class regularly, their spot may not
be available for renewal.

During the youth season can my child participate with 3F and there current club?
Yes, are Flex II package offers students the option of training during half of the winter session. Before the season starts students would
designate which practices days they will be available participate in during the week.

My children are involved in other activates in the off season, is it still possible to participate in 3F Wrestling for year around
training?
Fall, spring, and summer are normal busy times of the year for most families and students. This plan takes into account that students play
other sports. 3F Fitness believes it is important for kids to try others sports and after school activities. The Flex I program is a way for kids
to still do some of the activities they enjoy while still having the opportunity to train year around in the sport.

Students will have the option of training a part-time (60 % of the practices) for two of the four sessions. Before the season starts students
would designate which practices days they will be available participate in during the week.
What is the difference between a cheer class and a tumble class?
In a cheer class the student will learn everything about the sport of cheerleading (jumps, stunts, tumbling, cheers, chants, sidelines,
dances, ect.). While a tumbling class focuses on only the tumbling part of cheerleading.

Classes are split up by age and ability. If you would like a class at a special time or an individualized program we offer a build your own
class where we can build a class around your ability and needs.

How old does my child have to be to start cheerleading?
Our youngest class starts at age 3. This Cheer Plus I class focuses on FUN and learning balance, agility, strength, flexibility, and
coordination to build self confidence.

Can I bring in my own team?
Yes, we offer gym time and a build your own class program. Please call 3F Fitness for availability and prices.

Will my children always have the same coach?
At 3F Fitness consistency and safety are one of our main concerns. We only hire the most qualified adult instructors.
