GROUP FITNESS AND CHEERLEADING PAYMENT POLICIES: Our group fitness and cheerleading class sessions are one or two months. Financial commitment is ONLY for one session. Sessions are paid in full at the time of the initial registration. A student is given priority for the next session once the payment for the first session is received and a credit card is on file at the gym. Students reserved spot will become available immediately one week before the start of the next session, if not redeemed by the current student. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY!!! WRESTLING PAYMENT POLICIES: One years tuition can be paid in full at time of enrollment or by a payment plan. Payment plans are only available through the guidelines laid out in the installment plan contract. Payment plans require a credit or debit card on file at the time of enrollment. The rest of the tuition cost will be deducted in equal payments at the beginning of every month covering the duration of the session. Payment plans are only redeemable in person at 3F Fitness. ADMINISTRATION FEES: There is a NON-REFUNDABLE annual administration fee due at the time of registration. The administration fee is $40.00 for the first student and $80 for a whole family. This fee defrays administrative expenses including software fees, insurance and other administrative costs. Note that this fee ONLY covers your immediate family and is only paid ONCE a year. MULTI-CLASS & FAMILY DISCOUNTS: Only one tuition fee in a family is full price each additional family member will receive a 10% discount. There is also a 10% discount for students signed up for multiple classes a month. This discount is only REDEEMABLE BY REQUEST in person at 3F Fitness. REFUND POLICY: 3F Fitness LLC has a NO REFUND policy. If circumstances arise that keep a student from attending classes, camps, or events, credit MAY be issued to the student's account at the discretion of management. This credit will be good for a period of 1 year. HOLIDAYS/INCLEMENT WEATHER: In scheduling our classes, we take into account national holidays. We are generally closed on the major holidays. We will always have a voice mail message if we will be open/closed on a holiday or in the case of inclement weather. Please call (512) 266-3372 if you have any questions regarding a closing. DRESS CODE POLICY: Children are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing. Students may wear shorts/pants and a T-shirt without buttons or zippers as well as leotards. Hair needs to be pulled back. NO gum, food, drinks, or jewelry is allowed in the gym. MAKE UP CLASS POLICY: There will be a make up class scheduled on the last Saturday of every month.in the gym. |
